Streetband festival italiani

The basic requirement for the survival of a band is continuous activity. To have a street band requires playing, again and again. 💪

As insiders, we know very well that there is something between saying and doing... everything! Finding dates for your street band is by no means easy: you have to deal with logistical requirements, coordination of musicians, organisation of the trip, budget management and permits. Each release is the result of the hard work of managers and musicians, who have to give their best to make everything go right.

👉For Street Bands there are several organisations that represent a real opportunity for the band's career. Festivals are organised throughout Italyad hoc where several groups perform at the same time. These provide an opportunity to make themselves better known to the public and, above all, to have a comparison with other colleagues.

We have selected5 Italian festivals for Street Band that we think are worth getting to know, even if only as spectators. There you will find the space that every street band seeks and deserves: audience appreciation, peer-to-peer comparison, friendship and sharing.

But let's start now! 🎶

1 - Abano Street Band Music Festival

The first festival we recommend takes place inAbano Terme (PD)in early September. It is one of the biggest Street Band festivals in Italy. Suffice it to say that as many as ten different Street Bands take turns in a single day. A real playground for fans!

2 - Manciano Street Music Festival

The second festival we recommend takes place inManciano, in Tuscany, province of Grosseto. The event is usually organised in July and is divided into two weekends: one dedicated entirely to street bands and the other to concerts on stage.

3 - Bands in the South

Bande a Sud is a festival dedicated to street bands and marching bands. It takes place in August inTrepuzzi (LE). If you are in the area, we recommend a visit, because it offers a calendar full of events and numerous guests. In Trepuzzi you can meet different types of bands and street bands at the same time, in a mix of music and colour.

4 - Kebanda Street Band Festival

The Kebanda festival is organised in Formia (LT) at the end of July. The special feature? The Street Bands play on the beach, to the amazement and delight of the bathers. An unusual spectacle that brings live music close to the sea: we can assure you that the Street Bands playing there are delighted with epic photos! In the evening, the party moves into town, where the various bands play through the streets of the centre. Super recommended!

5 - Via di Banda

The last festival we recommend is Via di Banda, also organised at the end of July inSan Donato Val di Cominoprovince of Frosinone. For Street Band fans it is a real party. Various Street Bands from Italy and abroad take turns in the streets of the village.

🎵 These are just some of the opportunities where aStreet Band in Italy has the opportunity toperform. Each experience represents for the groups thepossibilities to showcase their work, their passion and their music. If you are a fan of street bands, we recommend you visit one of these festivals, you will not be disappointed!
